The Canon D cameras were not specifically designs to shoot movies, but it just so happens that they shoot amazing video easily and inexpensively! For that it’s worth seeing how they work, how to tinker with them and how to hack them.
Interflugs has five D series canon cameras in it’s equipment loan, just waiting to get picked up for a shooting, so let’s look into them!!
We will work with the 5D (Mark II), 7D, 60D and 600D cameras. If you have your own camera, please bring it along!
The workshop will take place during two days, one week apart. On the first day we will go through the basics of the camera, and camera concepts in general, as well as exploring a simple setup to work with sound without need of an extra person.
During the week in between the workshop days, you will be asked to shoot a little something to bring on the second day. We will watch together and discuss, as well as try to answer any questions that might have come up.
