With a budget from the University we <br> organize equipment to lend, editing rooms, project funding, workshops,&nbsp;<br> lectures and so on. We try to channel the resources of this privileged&nbsp;<br> academic context in a way that could challenge its own discriminatory&nbsp;<br> structures. You can find out more about us here:&nbsp;interflugs.de.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Please apply if you enjoy collective working, self-organization and&nbsp;<br>\r\nacademic politics. Technical skills and interest in digital film editing&nbsp;<br>\r\nand image and sound equipment would be a plus, as well as a political&nbsp;<br>\r\nengagement and experience working in self-organized groups. We\u2019re&nbsp;<br>\r\nparticularly pleased to receive applications from people who are&nbsp;<br>\r\ndiscriminated against by the majority society, and especially from women*.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>IMPORTANT! For an application for a tutor position as a student you should:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>be matriculated in a German university;<\/li><li>have at least 3 semesters ahead;<\/li><li>not be in a Masters study or beyond;<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Some of the main tasks are:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>technical support and the organization of the&nbsp;Interflugs&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;<br>\r\nrental and the video\/film editing rooms;<\/li><li>organization of interdisciplinary, artistic, theoretical, political&nbsp;<br>\r\nand technical workshops and lectures;<\/li><li>debate around academic and educational politics, organization of&nbsp;<br>\r\nself-organized seminars and colloquium and other student initiatives;<\/li><li>coordination of the project funding and the finances;<\/li><li>communication within the university and beyond.<br>\r\nThe main working time is Mondays from 12h to 20h.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In general you should\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>have a basic understanding of computer hard-\/software;<\/li><li>have a basic understanding of audiovisual technology (more is&nbsp;<br>\r\nappreciated);<\/li><li>like to bring ideas for new projects and actions;<\/li><li>bring in ideas and interests for seminars and lectures;<\/li><li>like to cook together;<\/li><li>be engaged, independent and idealistic;<\/li><li>write and speak German;<\/li><li>speak English;<\/li><li>send your application and a motivation letter until the 22.03.2020 to&nbsp;<br>\r\niflugs@interflugs.de&nbsp;with the subject \u2018Stelle\u2019;<\/li><li>have time for an interview on the 30.03.2020.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>What you can expect:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Amicable colleagues with different Mother languages, interests, skills;<\/li><li>flat organizational structure;<\/li><li>pleasant working atmosphere and cooking together;<\/li><li>trial period of three months;<\/li><li>Mini-Job based contract;<\/li><li>core working time on Mondays between 12am-8pm.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We are looking forward to meeting you!<br>\r\nInterflugs<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Interflugs&nbsp;sucht eine_n Tutor_in (40 Stunden pro Monat) ab&nbsp;<br>\r\nentweder Mai und Juni 2020.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Interflugs&nbsp;ist eine selbstorganisierte, studentisch verwaltete Gruppe an&nbsp;<br> der Universit\u00e4t der K\u00fcnste Berlin. Mit einem Budget der Hochschule&nbsp;<br> organisieren wir eine Gerateausleihe, Video-\/Tonschnittplatze,&nbsp;<br> Workshops, Lectures und vieles mehr. Wir versuchen, dieses Privileg als&nbsp;<br> Chance zu nutzen, um diskriminierenden Strukturen an Hochschulen etwas entgegenzusetzen.
